Haydon was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had identified the leak within 30 minutes and repaired within a couple of hours. Price was very reasonable for an emergency call out.

The work was exemplary and the engineer explained everything extremely well. He even helped remove a dishwasher that was in the way and helping to contribute towards the problem. Leak coming from my toilet - i was very impressed with the service received from Pro Plumbing. The office staff were very helpful and listened to my concerns. The plumber arrived and found the source of the leak straight away, reassured me and fixed it. The work was done very quickly and professionally. Enquired and repaired within the same day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

The plumber (Haydon) let us know when he was nearby and arrived promptly. He identified the issues quickly, kept us updated throughout and was efficient in his work. He was very knowledegable and gave us advice for the future as well. Very reasonable pricing for a weekend emergency call. We would definitely contact them again! Bathroom left nice and tidy after.
